What does it take today to be a good manager. To have employees want to work harder and be better without screaming at them. The best managers I have worked for have inspired me. They have made me want to work harder and to be better without having to raise their voice or be demanding. They made me want to do well and be more pro active. Their aura and attitude is one of confidence and success that made me want to be like them. I looked up to them and tried to emulate them.
